As I mentioned before, this was a complicated house to sell. I won’t get into all of the details, but there were a lot of hoops to jump through. During the process, I communicated with Phillip on a regular basis to let him know what was going on with the attorneys, the title company, etc. Because there were multiple people involved and some paperwork that needed to be filed with the government, it took a little longer than normal. However, at the closing table, everybody was all smiles that the house had made it over the finish line.
When you hold that check in your had after selling your house, it tends to feel pretty good. 🙂
